Currently I work alongside our teams taking care of the upcoming spectrum auction, I have made an analysis on voice calls and I am also involved in the steering group for anything that involves 5G. What is the best thing about being a trainee at Telenor?

The trainee community really helps you to get started when you join. Also, the close relationship with the CXO is possibly the strong point of this program: you get top management exposure and inclusion in almost everything these leaders are doing. And personally, the best part is not just attending the meeting itself, but rather the discussions that you can have with your executive after, getting a glimpse in the way they think and why they act in some ways.

You are essentially trained to be a leader by the leaders in the company. What is your biggest challenge so far as a trainee? Another challenge that I have encountered so far is how to best make use of my time when the CTO is occupied with too confidential meetings.
