Not a heck of a lot can be done. Even though my ping may be 15ms at times, the jitter will be ms and rogers has no way of testing the jitter except with a maintenence guy outside the building when its happening I think the whole system is broken.
How can they fix this issue if this is the only way they can test for it? Why would they have a speed test on their own site that measures jitter yet none of their techs even level 2 tier can support or have knowledge of what it is?
